About this house rental
Thank you for considering our house for your vacation. We know how difficult this decision can be. Please look at our reviews. The maid service uses commercial grade disinfectant on all hard surfaces.
The house is over 2300 square feet plus there is a screened in lanai with over 2000 square feet that gives extra living space. The first thing you will notice upon entering the house is the awesome view! This can be summed up by noting that The Villages developer added an additional $300,000 to the price for this prime lot. You will be very happy not having another house sitting 20 feet from your back patio as most houses do.
Our pool is heated with solar panels which will keep the water temp above 82 if the sun is shining except from mid December to the end of February. Starting around April 1 it will be 87 but it does depend on having sun.
We offer all the comforts of home including an ample supply of kitchen ware and bath towels. Our model has the largest kitchen of any designer home and the only house with 12 foot trayed ceilings to give a very spacious feeling. Plus the only one with 2 and 1/2 baths. We offer very comfortable furniture, and 1 HD Smart TV and 1 non Smart HD TV.
We also offer a brand new gasoline powered golf cart with adjustable bucket seats and most importantly it has SEAT BELTS for your PROTECTION.!! Golf carts can go 22 MPH and I can not imagine driving one without seat belts and arm rests. There is also an enclosure which can be zipped up for protection if it rains. A basic golf cart rents for $200 per week but my golf cart is much more than a basic golf cart that has just a bench seat.
We have king mattress in the master bedroom, queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom and a full size in the 3rd bedroom. There are also dressers and closets for your use.
The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also a half bath close to the living room. The master bath has a walk in shower with no steps or doors which makes it very handicap accessible.
The screened in pool area has a wet bar, refrigerator, and 2 over stuffed comfortable swivel/rockers with adjoining table to enjoy your coffee, wine or cocktails.
In addition there is a large table in the shady protected area with 6 chairs for eating your meals outdoors. In addition to that there are several chairs and a lounge chair surrounding the pool. I choose this house for the ideal way it is oriented to the sun. The pool area gets sun but the protected area is shady so that you can get out of the sun if you desire.
There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
We provide maps of the Villages with locations of the golf courses and pools. In addition we provide a 3 ring binder which explains details of the house and The Villages. I am sure you will be very pleased with choosing my house for your vacation.

The home was very clean and welcoming for us upon arrival. Information booklets were easily found and helpful. The cleaning crew did a great job leaving fans on to have us arrive to a comfortable temperature.This is a nice home, well located and worked out great for us.

My wife and I stayed at Davis's house for a week and absolutely loved it . The house is beautiful , and the outdoor pool and lanai area was outstanding . We spent most of our time out here . Beautiful views of the golf course , and pond . Lots of wildlife , birds , racoon , and an alligator. The villages has so much to do , and David's house was close to everything . We highly recomend

Beautiful neighborhood and pool. We arrived and there were no keys in lockbox. There was laundry left in the washer, no trash bags in the kitchen, master bedroom sheets were all patchy from the color coming out of them and the kitchen floor stained. Furniture had no support. We had to leave after 2 days due to hurricane Milton and were not offered any money back for the other 5 days. Very disappointed.
