Wilhelminian style villa on Holstein's Baltic Sea

This Gründerzeit villa, over 100 years old, is situated in the heart of one of Schleswig-Holstein’s most beautiful landscapes, just a short walk from the Baltic Sea beach. Villa Baltica, whose architecture is reminiscent of a church, features three-story apartments. The historic design elements—pitchpine floorboards, terrazzo, paneled doors, stucco, and cast-iron radiators—lend the apartments their unique charm. Complemented by high-quality amenities, Villa Baltica is the ideal vacation rental for discerning families, couples, and small groups any time of year.
Villa Baltica is surrounded by a 2,000-square-meter garden with mature trees, featuring seating areas for each unit complete with garden furniture and a beach chair.

The Garden Apartment spans the first floor of Villa Baltica. From here, you have direct access to the large garden. The apartment features two bedrooms in a maritime country-house style. The centerpiece of the approximately 75-square-meter apartment is the spacious kitchen-living room with its cozy bay window and antique sliding door. In addition to a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, this space features the dining area and a sofa nook furnished with English country-style furniture and modern entertainment electronics (including Wi-Fi).

Another highlight of this apartment is its bathroom, featuring decorative floor tiles, a walk-in glass shower, and a bathtub perfect for relaxation.
