About this apartment rental
Magnificent apartment completely renovated in June 2023. My accommodation combines modernity thanks to its equipment and decoration with Parisian charm. Located 100 meters from the Samaritaine and the Louvre, it is very close to the center of the Marais and the rue des Rosiers, its shops, cafes and restaurants, and Beaubourg.
It is ideally located, you have many public transport and you are 15 minutes walk from the concorde

35 m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator which includes:
- Living room with sofa bed
- 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine,)
- 1 bedroom
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.
The apartment is located in the heart of rue de Rivoli, 100 meters from the famous Samaritaine. You can stroll through the district to Place de la Concorde, discover its typical streets, its tree-lined squares. In a few minutes you will discover two very different Parisian atmospheres, one very authentic with its pedestrian streets, bars and trendy shops, the other popular and lively with its many bars and restaurants.
A real trip to the heart of Paris, the Hôtel de Ville with its exceptional architecture, the romantic Jardin des Tuileries.
Fashion lovers will be delighted. rue de Rivoli is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is unquestionably one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!
