Sumptuous and new flat of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms fully air-conditioned in a Haussmannian building, located in the luxurious district of the rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré
My tastefully decorated flat is modern, elegant, warm and fully equipped. A few steps away from the Place de la Madeleine and its church, you will be in the heart of the most important places in Paris (Concorde, Champs Elysées, Louvre Museum...). You will spend an ideal stay with your family or friends.
120 m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator which includes:
- 3 bedrooms with double bed and a TV screen
- 1 Living room with sofa, 1 coffee table, a dining table with 8 chairs
TV, Wi-Fi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 bathroom with shower and washer-dryer)
- 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.
Located in one of the most beautiful streets in Paris, 5 minutes walk from Concorde and the Champs Elysées,
Halfway between Place de la Madeleine and the famous Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré
You will find many luxury shops as well as many restaurants.
10 minutes walk from the Place de l'Opera and the department stores (Galeries Lafayette)
This area is known for its beautiful fashion boutiques, restaurants and bars
500m from the Tuileries Gardens, the Louvre Museum, the Orangerie Museum and Decorative Arts.
Above all, you will be very safe throughout your trip.

We had quite a bit of difficulty checking in with the management company’s instructions. It took us over 30 minutes outside trying to get in. The instructions had a link in French showing a video of instructions
Otherwise, the apartment was in a nice location, close to restaurants. Apartment was well furnish but a bit run down. Stains on some chairs and bed mattresses.
