Location is excellent, close to all you need... Apt is cosy and clean in general. Beds and very good, but covers are cheap... Apt is on 3rd floor with small elevator good for suitcases which is ok for old buildings... Main issue is maintenance as for most apt's - that goes for bathroom which is quite warned out with lot of scale inside and on shower door with shower head hose broken... Kitchen is nice but poorly equipped. Internet is not high speed, only 10mbps, but ok... So cost of apt is too high for what it offers, but that goes with location...
