About this apartment rental
Very charming flat with 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom located in the centre of Paris in the 4th arrondissement, just a few steps from the rue de Rivoli known for its many lively shops and restaurants. You're surrounded by trendy cafés and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from the Marais, the Beaubourg Centre and the banks of the Seine. Pleasant, warm, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, my apartment is ideal for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.

It comprises:
- A living room with a sofa bed for one person
- A fully-equipped separate kitchen
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with a single bed
- A separate toilet
- A shower room
The cleaning charge includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and is carried out by a professional cleaner.

As specified in our rules of procedure, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

Stayed for 7 nights and did not receive change of towels. With no dryer, could not wash ourselves.

Perfectly central to ever place you may want to go. Very comfortable and the team was amazing from start to finish. There are groceries downstairs, food and drink, music all right outside the door! Even with all of this the place is very quiet.

Property is as advertised and it is in a lively location with restaurants, bakeries and easy access to the metro. It was very quiet inside the apartment even with the nightlife outside.

Location was great... easy access to the Marais. Property was clean and kitchen was up to date. Living area was great but second bedroom a bit small. Typical European bathroom setup, separate water closet from shower was a bit of a challenge. Good value all in all!
