Stunning, Spacious Flat Located In The Heart Of Paris, For 4-6 People

Everything at this stay was amazing! My family of four stayed in this apartment March14-March 21st. It is right in the heart of a pedestrian area and 15-20 minutes walking distance to so many attractions. Both Marie and Catherine were so responsive and provided many lovely suggestions for places to eat and places to explore. Catherine helped us book a taxi to the airport which was so appreciated! There was soap, coffee capsules, detergent, towels all provided. We could not have asked for anything more! While it was quite lively below in the evenings, our kids never had problems falling asleep in the evening. We would most definitely stay again!

Location. Location. Location. It was our first international trip with our kids (13 and 11) and this location made it all the more special. Nestled in a neighborhood with pedestrian-only streets filled with cafes, bakeries, and shopping it was the Parisian feel we wanted the kids to experience. We had easy access to every bus and metro station that we needed for our outings. The flat is also within walking distance to other popular neighborhoods and major attractions. The host and our Paris contact for the week were extremely responsive and gave us a lot of recommendations and helpful tips to get around the city.The only drawback, which is more of an issue if you're using the front bedroom, was the noise from the bar below. Our kids were not able to get to sleep at a reasonable time which made early morning adventures a bit of a challenge! This was mentioned in other reviews so we were not entirely surprised, but thought that it being colder weather with windows closed it would not be a factor. The bar was small so patrons gathered in the street to socialize, which was a bit noisy even with windows closed. With that said, it would not keep us from staying here again, especially if it's just my husband and me. We loved being among the Parisians with little to no English being spoken around us in such a vibrant and authentic neighborhood. The stay exceeded our expectations and made our trip everything we'd hoped it would be.

EVERYTHING was perfect. The detailed info sent in advance, the gracious greeting from Catherine, and even arranging for an early morning taxi on the day of our departure.

The apartment is beautiful. Marie was very responsive to our questions . Yes the restaurant patrons below the smaller bedroom are noisy into the early hours of the morning as other reviewers mentioned. The washer worked but the dryer did not. There are only two toilets not three like we thought. One is in the master suite. The second is just outside the smaller bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we made breakfast many mornings of our seven day stay. Excellent location for seeing the sites and walking the neighborhoods. Close to Metro. Although we were told that the taxi would drop us off at the apartment, our taxi driver refused saying it was too narrow. But we only had to walk 2 blocks with the luggage. We did see cars and small trucks driving down this narrow street. Overall we were pleased with this apartment and staying there made out first visit to Paris even more enjoyable. Merci Marie Gwendolyn
