A stunning renovated apartment, located in the heart of Paris. This rare 90m² (970 square feet) apartment is located on the first floor, and has two double bedrooms with each their own bathroom.
The apartment is on rue des Lombards, 4th arrondissement, an amazing central location in the heart of Paris. You are 5 minutes walking distance to the Seine River, 10 minutes to Notre Dame Cathedral, 15 minutes to Le Louvre Museum.
You will enjoy a great, lively atmosphere from the many bars and restaurants on your street. Also, shopping is incredibly convenient and the bakery across the street has delicious baguettes and croissants.
The apartment is fully fitted and can welcome up to 6 people for a short stay and 4 people for a long stay. As part of the renovation, the Parisian architecture with the exposed beams, combined with the modern equipment and amenities, will offer you an exceptional experience in Paris. The fully equipped kitchen and the large living room have wide windows overlooking a typical Parisian square and two charming streets. Included in the rent are the high broadband network, free calls to over 30 countries (check the provider's countries list), and a flat screen TV with most of the channels. Cleaning and maintenance (including linens and towels) are professionally handled by a company catering to 5 star hotels.

EVERYTHING was perfect. The detailed info sent in advance, the gracious greeting from Catherine, and even arranging for an early morning taxi on the day of our departure.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious flat. It's in a central location and has many restaurants and shops in the area. My son loved walking to the boulangerie/patisserie every morning and getting fresh croissants and crepes. And Marie and Catherine were incredible hostesses. Already looking forward to our next trip to Paris- merci beaucoup!

The apartment is beautiful. Marie was very responsive to our questions . Yes the restaurant patrons below the smaller bedroom are noisy into the early hours of the morning as other reviewers mentioned. The washer worked but the dryer did not. There are only two toilets not three like we thought. One is in the master suite. The second is just outside the smaller bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we made breakfast many mornings of our seven day stay. Excellent location for seeing the sites and walking the neighborhoods. Close to Metro. Although we were told that the taxi would drop us off at the apartment, our taxi driver refused saying it was too narrow. But we only had to walk 2 blocks with the luggage. We did see cars and small trucks driving down this narrow street. Overall we were pleased with this apartment and staying there made out first visit to Paris even more enjoyable.
