About this apartment rental
Very charming flat with 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom located in the centre of Paris in the 4th arrondissement, just a few steps from the rue de Rivoli known for its many lively shops and restaurants. You're surrounded by trendy cafés and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from the Marais, the Beaubourg Centre and the banks of the Seine. Pleasant, warm, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, my apartment is ideal for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.
Flat of 75m2 on the 1st floor without lift
It comprises:
- a living room with a sofa bed for one person
- A fully-equipped separate kitchen
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with a single bed
- A separate toilet
- A shower room
The cleaning charge includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and is carried out by a professional cleaner.

As specified in our rules of procedure, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

Close to dining and shopping—easy access to trains. Perfect! Loved having the option of a wash machine that came in handy. Quiet sleep even on a crowded streeet.

The location was amazing, the property functional, and Johanna was very responsive, but check-in left a lot to be desired. Getting into the building was straightforward but the instructions for the lockbox and key were incomplete and we received two different codes. We were lucky that a cleaner was there to help us when we arrived.
We were very happy with the location though two keys would be preferable for a two bedroom apartment.
