This was our first VRBO stay. It was a family get together. There were six adults, and we all had lots of space and all the amenities that we would need.

Had a wonderful stay. We live out of town, but had plans and dinner reservations with friends in Reno. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but overall the property and location were ideal for our stay. We would choose this property again, and would recommend for a couple or small family. The views are nice!

Clean and new two story townhouse located near old downtown. While it has four beds the main living space upstairs seems tight for parties more than three adults or two adults and one or two small children. Parking of large trucks would seem like a challenge but our midsized sedan fit snugly. Great place for two. Certainly close to central Reno in a revitalized older neighborhood,

Myself, parents and young adult children enjoyed 2 nights at this sweet property. It was well appointed and tidy. We had a wonderful weekend visiting for UNR homecoming. We saved so much money being able to prepare our meals on site in this well equipped kitchen (we did add some olive oil and a vegetable peeler to the mix). :)
