Beautiful home next to Rancho San Rafael park, walking-distance (2 blocks) to the University of Nevada,only 1 mile to downtown Reno. 5-6 person hot tub in our spacious backyard.
Featuring 4 bedrooms w/ Queen beds in 3 and a Twin over Full bunk bed in the 4th bedroom. 80` Smart TV w/ surround sound,couch in the common space. Smart TVs in the master & 2nd bedroom. Wi-Fi internet. Stainless appliances & cooking amenities including spices, coffee, & tea.
2.5 bathrooms (1 with both stand-up shower and whirlpool tub) with fresh linens. Onsite laundry room. Central air throughout house and ceiling fans in all rooms.
Charming fenced backyard with propane-grill and firepit as well as patio-seating and all the amenities that you would need to enjoy a meal outside.
Garage with treadmill, 30lb dumbbells, and yoga mat. Parking in garage and driveway (can fit 3 cars in driveway and an additional in the garage),

At face value, the house is exactly as listed. I’ll start with the positives but it definitely needs improvement. It is a beautiful home, it is in excellent location if you have children. You’re far enough from downtown, but close enough if you wanted to hang out there. There is a beautiful park located in your backyard and it has miles of exploration. It is such a quiet community and very clean. The house was also exceptionally clean and it had your very basic needs; dish soap, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, laundry detergent, towels, pots and pans. Now on to the negatives. The mattress in the bunk beds is unbelievably uncomfortable, you can feel every spring. The master bedroom is next to an outside fan or something that makes an annoying humming noise that sounds like beat of a distant alarm clock. I ended up having to download a sound machine to be able to stay asleep. The oven either takes hours to preheat, or it cannot get over 425 degrees. Make sure to bring your own knifes, all of them are very dull.

The home is a perfect location in Northwest Reno near UNR, Rancho San Rafael Park, and very close to downtown Reno and the Truckee River. Check in was simple and the home was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent again when the time comes.
