Our newly remodeled home is spacious with 2 living rooms and new decorum. Plenty of space for you to lounge and enjoy. Complementary high speed internet, local channels and Sling TV on our new Flat screen smart TV. Complementary coffee to make your mornings comfortable. Starbucks 3 blocks away as well.
We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Nice, large home! The furnishings were lovely and very comfortable including the beds. Great kitchen with all the basics we needed. The outdoor space was an added bonus as we had two little ones under 5 that wanted to ride their bikes and could do so without ever getting near the street!

Very spacious and clean. There's many shops close by. We will stay again when we come back to Reno. Aaron communicated great with me through our the whole stay to! Thank you!

We have a pleasant stay, is a big house for a family of 5. Quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Reno. I highly recommended this property.
