12 Mi to Riverwalk District: Quiet Reno Retreat

Nice property. Two bedrooms for singles/couples and a third for children with bunk beds and play equipment. Master bedroom has King bed with comfortable mattress, two night tables and a dresser for clothes. Owner provided a suitcase rack which is nice. There is only one table lamp so if you need two at night for reading, you need to "borrow" a lamp from elsewhere in the house. There is no closet for hanging clothes in the master but you could put those in the guest bedroom which has an ample closet. Also no fan in master so you are dependent on the home AC for keeping cool on hot nights. Vent is directly over head and you do hear the AC unit in the master. When it stops there is a metal clunk. Ear plugs solves this issue easily and frankly it did not bother me. The guest bedroom is on the smaller side but adequate. It has a more firm but comfortable mattress, two nightstands but no dresser. The third bedroom really is for kids with toys. Picture below. Two full bathrooms, one off master and second pictured below for other guests to share. Second bath pic below. Comfortable living room (pic below) and big dining table. Separate sitting area off of dining room with small sofa and desk. Kitchen has what you need including a Nepresso coffee maker. There are used pantry items. Not my fave when I rent but some might appreciate this. Full spice rack for cooking. Frig door seal not great but we would hear the alarm to push them in when they failed. Backyard with patio set and BBQ. Small lawn. Nice neighborhood to walk around in and convenient to highway. There are toys, recreational items in garage for use. See pic. Electric charger. If you are lucky, you will hear a wild horse's hooves pass by the home in the early morning. Magical.

Unclean kitchen. Very sticky cabinets and drawers. Dead ants on arrival stuck on corner wall and counter. Listening devices plugged in - Google.

This is our second time staying and its been great.
