The imposing Mediterranean-style house is located on a plot of 28,000 m2 near Alcudia. The architecturally attractive building with several balconies and covered terraces is situated in the middle of a very well-maintained and lush garden.
At the foot of the house, the large 12 x 6 metre swimming pool invites you to take a dip. From the terrace with 6 sun loungers and porch, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the beautiful landscape and hills surrounding it.
The exterior has different furnished areas to rest, sunbathe or celebrate outdoor meals, as well as a perfect barbecue to enjoy with family or friends.
The house offers 3 rooms with air conditioning (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub (1 on the ground floor and the other upstairs), in addition to an external toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. In addition, you can eat at the large table in the living room or even better on the outdoor terrace.
