Fantastic villa with private pool and stunning views Serra de Tramuntana

This house was great, excellent location, near large supermarkets and to lovely towns. The pool was fab and the house had everything we needed. Communication was excellent with the house owner, he replied promptly when we had questions, he also told us of local events that might be of interest to us.

Lovely country side estate! Very private with beautiful private pool. House has two large bedrooms. One had two twin beds, which was about the only downfall. Kitchen was perfectly supplied, even lots of Tupperware! We had bikes delivered and enjoyed biking every day! Highly recommended!

The house was exactly as described. Its location is ideal- no other houses nearby, surrounded by fields but 1 minute drive to the main rd into Alcúdia but no traffic noise. Definitely need a car but then quick to get to both Alcúdia and Pollença. The property manager was quick to solve any issues (additional key, fan for the mezzanine)..it was too hot to cook outside which was a shame as we would have liked to bbq and use the pizza oven but the temperatures were too hot. Whilst secluded the property had safe access behind gates. The pool is a perfect size and there’s lots of shaded seating too. A perfect house all round!

We love this place! We have been in Majorca several times because we always spend our vacation there. We have tried different hotels, apartments and houses, but we haven't felt comfortable enough to repeat in any of them. However, Can Malanyo it's a place we will come back to because it's the perfect house to stay with family. The house is really clean and all the furniture is beautiful, comfortable and new, the house and all the areas of the villa are very well maintained and equipped, and that's why it's a lovely place to stay. Our vacation in this villa was amazing, we felt like we were at home. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes by car to the beach and the charming towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, where you can easily go to eat, shop and do a lot of activities. We really enjoyed the barbecue area, the swimmingpool and the chill out, which is perfect to relax after after a day of tourism. Plus, the views of the sunset and the mountains are spectacular. The owners, Maria Antonia and Juan are very helpful and they provided us a welcome pack when we arrived to the villa. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity that we will have. Thanks because we don't need to look for other places anymore!
