Sofa , wenig Handtücher, Ausstattung Küche schlechtes Besteck, Töpfe, Tassen uralt und zu wenig . Straßenlärm, Baustelle. Besitzer kommt täglich.

Tolle Lage, grosses Haus, sehr sauber, Entfernung zur Stadt, nette Gastgeber

Ausstattung minimal. Die Gastgeber kamen mindestens 2 mal pro Tag. Sie waren nicht aufdringlich.

Das Haus an sich ist eher im mallorquinischem Stil (dunkles Holz innen, Bilder…) - von außen ist das Haus wunderschön, ebenso wie die Terrasse und der Garten.

Man muss es mögen, dass die Vermieter fast jeden Tag ab dem frühen Morgen am Grundstück sind um die Tiere (Katzen, Schafe) und den Garten zu versorgen. Ebenso ist die Ausstattung eher mau (Mülltrennsystem aber keine Müllsäcke, Waschmaschine aber kein Waschmittel, Abwasch aber keine Fetzen…) Also Urlauber, die mit dem Flieger kamen, ist man meist nicht ausgerüstet für eine Woche Haushalt.

Location was excellent, only about a 10 minute drive from Alcudia beach and the port and just off the main road that connects Palma to Alcudia. The view from the terrace was beautiful and the terrace is shaded throughout the day making it a pleasant place to relax. Hosts were lovely, one gentleman came most days to tend to his animals in the field below. Good parking beside the house, but in the shade of a tree.

Not permitted to use air conditioning in the bedrooms till 9pm, air con temp fixed at 24 degrees and no air con at all in the living room meant this wasn't an ideal house for us at the height of summer. Email on the day of travel makes it clear air con can be used earlier than 9pm at a cost, but its still only in the bedrooms. Mosquitoes this year were particularly bad (obviously not the fault of the hosts) but it meant many nights we all retreated to our bedrooms at 9pm as the terrace wasn't viable due to the mosquitoes and we were too warm to sit together in the living room. I would stay here again, but earlier in the year when it was hopefully cooler.
