Nuovissima struttura .. pulitissima !!
Mancano alcuni mobiletti che aiuterebbero il pernottamento !! Metterei anche in bollitore acqua, la macchinetta caffè a cialde (anche se il proprietario è anche del Bar sottostante ..) !! TV complicata da utilizzare !!

The location was perfect, very convenient and easy to reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place itself was quiet, which made it relaxing. We also really enjoyed having a balcony. Another big plus was the private parking and the bar with long opening hours, both very convenient.
A few small things could be improved: there were no power outlets close to the bed for charging the phone, not much space to store luggage, and the TV wasn’t working (though this wasn’t an issue for us). We also noticed a few spider webs in the corners. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we appreciated the comfort, convenience, and atmosphere
