Will not be staying at the property ever again and will not be recommending this to anyone.

The location of this place was great for walking around Wilton Manor.

!. The door entry was a keypad and you had to lean against the door to open and shut it. 2. The bed was NOT the bed pictured in the photo. This was a single mattress basically on a frame almost on the floor. Not a good condition for a larger person like myself. 2 of the 4 nights I rented this place I slept at another rental property. 3. This place was not clean. You could see the dirt on the furniture. The nightstands look like there was some sort of grease on them. The furniture was old and beaten up. Looks like someone purchased this from a Salvation Army. 4. Quite? Not quite. The other renters there must have had a party. They spent all night being drunk and talking in the parking lot, Right outside my window. 5. The bathroom was a disaster. The fan had no cover on it and it made a terrible grinding sound. 6. The kitchen was basically clean except for the dishes needed a good rinse before use and the fridge was in need of a replacement. there was a smell. 7. For the price, I could have stayed in a nicer hotel.

Wouldn’t stay again.

The bed was comfortable that was about it The TV stand was junk. The dining room chairs were so dirty. I didn’t wanna sit on them. And I wanna relax at the end of a long day and watch TV in bed and there’s no TV in the bedroom . There’s no decor on the wall maybe one painting and one mirror, no full length mirror so you could see what you look like as you’re getting ready to leave the unit for the day . Really hard to believe this unit was just remodeled.

The tile floor is gross. You need to find somebody that knows how to scrub it. The grout should not be black. The air vents were filthy with black going up the walls from air vents. The furnace filters were so clogged - explains why it doesn’t smell so great in there. Why are all the garbage cans right outside that unit so you hear everybody throwing trash in there at all hours of the evening/night? Why doesn’t each unit have their own garbage can? Outside their own unit?
