This beautifully furnished one-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re visiting for a relaxing getaway, an extended stay, or a work trip, you’ll find everything you need to settle in and feel at ease.
Inside, the Suite features a comfortable King bedroom, a welcoming living space, and tasteful furnishings that create a relaxing environment to unwind after a day out. Step outside to your own private outdoor terrace, complete with patio furniture—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, dining al fresco, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
For added convenience, guests have access to a free washer and dryer located within the building, making longer stays simple and stress-free. The property includes six luxury one-bedroom suites in total, each with its own private garden terrace furnished with a table, chairs for four, and a lounge chair. In the evenings, the entire property comes alive with beautiful landscape lighting, creating a serene and charming ambiance.
The heated pool and spacious deck area are shared among the six suites and offer a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Whether you prefer basking in the sun or unwinding in the shade, the pool area provides a peaceful retreat just steps from your door. Despite being shared, the space is often quiet and never crowded, allowing you to fully enjoy the tranquil setting.
Suite #5 features a comfortable King bed, while other units in the building offer either queen or king options. Each suite has its own private entrance secured with a personalized 4-digit code that you select upon confirmation, ensuring both convenience and peace of mind. The code is updated after every guest departure for added security.

The neighborhood is known for being extremely safe, quiet, and friendly, with very little traffic passing by. Tom, the owner, lives next door and takes great pride in maintaining the property. He is always nearby and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have during your visit.
While many guests choose to rent a car for convenience, Uber is widely available and a popular option for getting around. The suite also includes Comcast high-speed wireless internet, making it easy to stay connected whether you’re working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.

This was my 2nd stay with Tom’s property & I must say it was fantastic! Super clean, with all of the must haves! We spent a lot of time at the pool which was in pristine condition! Literally a piece of paradise! I’ll continue to check for vacancies here whenever I visit Ft. Lauderdale! You won’t be disappointed!

Tom, the owner, was quick to respond to communication prior to our stay and similarly speedy during our stay. The property was reasonably clean and looked like the photos. It's a one bedroom with a comfortable mattress. Located a quick drive to Wilton Drive. We appreciated the full kitchen, stocked with dishes and cookware, which allowed us to make breakfast easily. There's also a washer/dryer which is really convenient. The two wall A/C units work well.
The décor is acceptable and in decent shape, despite not being my taste. That said, the pool area is fantastic and really lovely.
The property is generally well-maintained and we'd be happy to stay in the future if we visit Florida again.
