Location. Views. Clean.
Lack of AC was a big issue. No matter what we did or how many fans were operating we could not cool the condo down. Only for a few hours in the after noon when the trade winds blew was it at least tolerable. Even at night with all the windows and even the doors open it would not cool down. And for that reason alone I would not recommend this condo.
