Not sure i would pick this one again.

The house was comfortable for 6 people, plenty of room and areas to sleep. Very short drive to where we wanted to go, could have walked but it was raining all weekend. Great to find a house with 2 bathrooms.

When we walked into the house, there is an overpowering smell of mildew, walked upstairs and there was an even stronger smell of raw sewage. It dissipated by the next morning. I did not find the key to the upstairs area until we walked out of the upstairs door and saw it hanging by the top of the stairs. The description of the house is that there is a double head shower upstairs, unfortunately only one shower head was on, the other one was capped off and it was just the pipe. There was heavy rain during our stay, mid-morning the second day, there was a ceiling leak in the downstairs bathroom and downstairs laundry room. I took pictures and submitted them, received a call back fairly quick and the gentleman stated that their properties were having problems, and he couldn't get by but that they would refund the cleaning fee (they didn't). We put trash cans under the leaks so it would not be all over the floor. The house is cold, windows and doors are not sealed that great, found the plug-in heaters in the closets so that helped on the 2nd night. Finding the roach spray under the sink downstairs was helpful, there were a few that were wandering around. Parking is a luxury in Eureka Springs so it was exciting to find one with parking spots, however, it was a really tight fit for 2 small SUVs!
