L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, vicino al centro di Sliema, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Dispone di tre camere da letto, una delle quali si trova accanto alla cucina, completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice.
È inoltre presente una spaziosa terrazza arredata con tavolo, sedie e sdraio, e persino una stanza adiacente dedicata al fitness, dotata di attrezzi ginnici.
L’host si è scusato per eventuali rumori dovuti alla scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza (porta scorrevole che verrà sostituita). Le prese sono di tipo inglese e sarebbe utile avere più adattatori a disposizione. Inoltre, non ci è stato fornito il telecomando per la TV nella sala comune.

Our stay at David’s place was perfect - top marks for everything! The host’s communication before and throughout was great, the rooms were well decorated and contained all essentials (and more such as adapters), the living room was very cosy, and if you wished to use the kitchen - it contained a lot needed like seasoning, tea, pots and utensils. We also managed to meet the host - and it was a pleasure to talk to him.

Die Zimmertüre besteht aus einer sehr sehr undichten Schiebetüre durch die man alles hören kann. Länger ausschlafen als 8:30/9:00 geht nicht, da um diese Zeit direkt vor der Türe sehr laut ist. Die Küche ist direkt hinter dem Kopf, man hört alles, auch die Waschmaschine ist dort sehr laut. Zudem schauen die Besitzer sehr laut Fernsehen oder er läuft einfach so ohne das jemand da ist. Das Schloss der Türe ist sehr wackelig und unsicher! Schlüssel ist wie von einer Schrank Türe. Eine ordentliche Türe müsste da her. Dusche ist extrem Heiss auch wenn man auf kalt stellt. 2 Rollen WC Papier für 12 Tage Aufenthalt. Keine Reserve gefunden. In 12 Tagen keine Reinigung, keine frischen Handtücher, ausser die 2 Stück im Bad vorhanden. 2 mal war ich unten ausgesperrt, da nur ein Schlüssel Tresor für die untere Türe vorhanden ist, welche 2 mal leer war. Am 8. Tag eigenen Schlüssel für unten erhalten so nebenbei. Sehr unprofessionelle Unterkunft alles in allem.
