The location was very central, walking distance from many historic sites, tourist attractions, public transport, bars and restaurants. the apartment was well laid out and the apartment block had a lift and a concierge.

Extremely noisy with emergency service sirens at all hours. The check in arrangements were complicated, got changed, and the security bond payment procedures very difficult for overseas visitors. The agency managing the apartment had limited knowledge of the apartment, gave incorrect information. The couch in the living room was very dirty. We were staying 10 days but were given only 2 toilet rolls, 1 cleaning cloth, a tiny tub of dishwasher detergent and a pack of dishwasher tablets for a non existent dishwasher. It is normal practice to leave welcome packs of tea, coffee and milk, but there was none. And no cleaning materials for the kitchen and bathroom. It is also normal practice where a stay is for more than 7 days for the management company to clean it after the first 7 days and provide additional clean towels and sheets. None of that was done. The swimming pool was 'closed for the summer' according to the concierge, so it should not be shown as a feature on the website. Also a 2 bedroom apartment should have more than 1 key provided. Our daughter often went out by herself for the day and it was tricky managing who had the key etc.
