It was the perfect spot for Coconut Grove. We loved being walking distance from all the restaurants and bars. It was a beautiful spot with an aerial view of the Grove that I had not experienced.
There could be better blackout curtains or blinds. We were woken by the sun as it shines through the tops of the curtain.

The location and the view are perfect. Parking available at the property at a very fair price in my opinion. The room was really clean, the bed is comfy, the view from the balcony breathtaking.
There is a complete kitchen which makes it really practical when needed.
The property manager was really helpful and supportive. We needed luggage racks and she ordered them for us and they delivered to the room the next day.
