Sinemorets Cliffs

The apartment is located in an apartment complex, and I think that it will be a bit random what you get. The general location is great, you just have to walk down the street to get to Butamyata Beach, it is literally 5 minutes away. The beach is really lovely, so if you are arriving to enjoy the sea, the location is excellent. Sinemorets main street is about 10 mins away on foot. (Generally you can get anywhere on foot fairly easily from this apartment.) Parking is available at the apartment and it is quite easy with plenty of space available. Veleka Beach is a bit further off, and might not worth the journey in the end.. as we found out, you can barely go into the sea there due to the huge waves. Butamyata is a much safer choice with more peaceful waters. Upon arrival, we were given the keys by an elderly lady who only spoke Bulgarian, but was very nice and friendly regardless, and really made us feel welcome! Our apartment was relatively spacious, with a living room/kitchen area, a separate, large bedroom, and two separate balconies, both of them overlooking the field towards Sinemorets and the sea in the distance. The bed was comfy with clean bedclothes and good mattresses, and the apartment was quiet both during the day and at night. The kitchen had all appliances that we needed, and had air conditioning that did not smell (which is sometimes an issue with summer rentals.) The bathroom... existed, and had a shower cabin, sort of. There is an elevator in the building, which is extremely helpful when you arrive with lots of luggage. The apartment complex features its own pool, which during our stay (August) was barely used, despite of the clean water and the shade over it during the later parts of the day. Overall, our stay here was good value for money with some high points (balconies, beach very close.)

The apartment provides the bare minimum that you expect in 2026. The surfaces and appliances in the apartment were not particularly clean. Our bathroom was a bit problematic because the shower cabin had only one of the two doors, and there was no mat or anything to step out on. The drain in the shower cabin was clogged with sand, so you had to stop showering every 2-3 mins and wait for the water level to go down. Some basic amenities would have been welcome, like a piece paper with house rules, wifi-password etc. (we obtained it from the landlord and it worked, but it would be minimal effort to print this out for each flat), soap, dish soap, kitchen towels, a more generous allotment of toilet paper, etc., Our stay started with a run to the home deco shop in the village to buy soap, bathroom mat, and kitchen towels. These, and basic cleanliness are very small things, and yet extremely visible when they are missing.

Просторен апартамент, оборудван с всичко необходимо. Имаше дори пералня и съдомиялна. Леглата бяха големи и много удобни. Страхотна локация - на 5 минути пеша от плажа. Изключително чист и поддържан басейн. Имаше място за паркиране, а на плажа имаше зарядна станция. Терасата беше с изглед към басейна и към морето.

Нямаше ютия и се наложи да си поискаме. За 6 дни никой не дойде да почисти, да смени хавлии и чаршафи( добре, че имаше пералня и метла).

Spory apartament, dobrze zlokalizowany, wydajna klimatyzacja.

Mało elementów wyposażenia kuchni, lodówkę dostaliśmy zaszronioną, drzwiczki szafki w aneksie kuchennym z uszkodzonym zawiasem, kabina prysznicowa z usuniętymi drzwiami (ponoć ok bo odpływ wody jest także w podłodze, ale …), brak w łazience wieszaków, haczyków do powieszenia czegokolwiek, brak suszarki do włosów, mydła, ogólnie wykończenie łazienki nigdy nie było dobrej jakości (ułożenie kafelków, fugi …), pokoje architektonicznie ładne i zadbane ale kilka elementów jest już wysłużonych (łącznie z podłogą przy balkonach). Telewizor w salonie z minionej epoki - nie obejrzycie netflixa ani nie podłączycie bezprzewodowo smartfona.

Счупена душ кабина , деформирани матраци,липса на посуда в кухнята и доста занимарено. Цял апартамент за до четирима, а на терасата само два стола , три чаши за вода и кафе и две стари изтъркани тенджери един нож и по четири вилици и лъжици. Имаше и две три чинии.
