Чисто, красиво, тихо,близо до центъра, близо до плажа.Очарователно и зареждащо!

Прекрасен чист мезонет, печка, хладилник, странична гледка към морето, тиха улица, красива градина за сутрешно кафе - има лаваца машина отсреща. Има и мини маркет на 20 крачки. Мястото за паркиране е обособено в паркинг, което е много удобно. Плажът е на около 600-700 М. Центърът също е близо. Мезонетът има хубава гледка, но може да е труднодостъпен за някои хора, защото е на 4-ия етаж по тесни стълби.
Малко е тесен апартаментът за трима, тераската е определено за двама. Също така преградата със съседния апартамент е почти невидима, т.е. доста прозрачна и тънка.
