Extremely clean, good room size, comfortable bed, AC, free parking, good location, near the sea
No hot water in the shower - just warm, bad WiFi, yard needs renovation, because looks a bit poorly

The location is rather quiet compared to other accommodations in Lozenets. Facilities are comfortable and pet friendly. The owners are a great couple, working hard for the property maintenance and making the place very cozy. Everything is subjective but I personally like the place a lot.

The staff were very nice and polite, the room was clean. The location is quiet, not from the Hacienda beach bar. The room was big.
For 5 days my room was not cleaned even once, towels not changed at least which I didn’t like.
Wifi was almost not existing, I had to bring the router on the 3rd floor to be able to catch at least a bit, but was unstable in general.

There was no warm water also the mattress was uncomfortable because of the quality. Also it was not enough clear announced that we had to pay additional tax for our pet - 20BGN per night which in my opinion is too much.
