Location.
The lady on the reception was very kind and helpful when we arrive and also when we checked-out later than 10 A.M. was not a problem.
Thin walls, elevator was not working 50% of the time, missing hot water in the morning and in the evenings. 24/7 receptionist is a joke- Slipping on the couch, snoring like a tiger and 90% of the time wasn’t available.
