La Concha Pearl Beach Apartment

For us since we were going to a specific place everyday, the location was perfect. It was spacious and clean. The man that owns it was wonderful and whenever we had an issue he would answer the phone or get right back with us.

It was my own fault but I didn't know how to use the icons on the stove top or the microwave so we had to call him to help us. It was always very nice. There was a little child that was there about 4 or 5 days while we were there and the child would run back and forth above the living room and the front hall constantly. This noise was very very obtrusive. Later I learned that the family was related to the owner of the unit above and they probably don't stay there all the time. It wasn't too bad if you just ran back and forth about three times but when you would do it for 8 to 10 times and never stop that was too much. So I called the owner and I think he made a call in to the owner above and then it didn't stop but it was much shorter. Aside from that department is absolutely fabulous. Probably it's a little child that runs back and forth is not there most of the time.

Accueil et hospitalité très chaleureux. Appartement très fonctionnel et propre. Très proche de la Concha. Agréable séjour

Proximity to the beach, very helpful with allowing use to check in early, great city tips, ability to do our laundry.

The door key can take some effort to figure out.

LA UBICACION ERA EXCELNTE AL LADO DE LA PLAYA DE LA CONCHA

EL APARTAMENTO ESTA BIEN AMUEBLADO PERO NO TIENE LUZ EXTERIOR. EL SALON DA LITERLAMENTE A UNA PARED CON LO QUE NO TIENE NI LUZ NI VENTILACION. EL PRIMER DIA HACIA FRIO Y SOLO CONTABA CON UNA RADIADOR PEQUEÑO.
