Il primo sasso

Logement en périphérie de Matera à quelques mètres de tous les accès routiers. Bel appartement, propre , bien équipé et climatisé. Place de stationnement réservée, devant l’entrée de l’immeuble.

RAS Petites précisions toutefois : - appartement situé au premier étage, sans ascenseur. - Pas de mobilier extérieur sur le balcon, mais de toute façon il est exposé plein sud et il y fait trop chaud en été (à mon goût 😎) pour pouvoir en profiter, malgré la belle vue sur les plaines…

The apartment is better than the pictures. It's very spacious and has two shower rooms , although one is smaller than the other. Air con in all rooms and a nice balcony to sit on although there was no outdoor furniture, but assumed it was okay to take the kitchen chairs out. There is a great view of the hills but there is also some main roads immediately below which are very noisy. Having said that there is good soundproofing so is very quiet at night with windows shut and air con on. We had a car and a plus was the free parking and easy access from road , it felt safe. Matera was a 7 minute drive to a car park, or for us a 40 minute walk , but it is uphill . So that is worth baring in mind .

There is really nothing to dislike. It's clear from the map that it is situated outside the centre and that will suit some . It was fine for us. Oddly there was no bread knife in an otherwise well equipped kitchen. The only thing we would have liked is hotter water for the showers, they would be hot for only a short time and were otherwise tepid. The hot water is set to a low temperature and it is not permitted to alter it.

Excelente alojamiento. El departamento es muy amplio, cómodo y está muy bien cuidado. La terraza es una maravilla, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y los dos baños son grandes, modernos y muy prácticos. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable.

Struttura pulitissima, ben attrezzata e spaziosa, con un vasto parcheggio. La nostra ospite è stata pronta ad esaudire ogni richiesta.

Se devo trovare una pecca, la lontananza dal centro, problema che noi non abbiamo avvertito essendo in auto.
