Very friendly stuff. Almost everything was absolutely new.
There was some problem with air conditioner and kitchen utensils. But owner fix it.

It's a brand-new apartment in a brand-new building. It's located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Franco is a great guy, very attentive and easy going.
Since the apartment is new, a few things were still missing, towels, a kettle, dishwashing liquids...and so on. Not a big deal for us since we only stayed one night

Whole apartment was clean
When the current goes off, the water supply also stops, if you are having shower and current goes then you are stuck in bathroom with no water
