The spacious living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, which is ideal if you prefer to prepare your own meals instead of eating out every day. A big bonus is the large KMY supermarket located directly in the same building, where you can buy everything you need. There’s also a café in the building – just take the elevator down and enjoy a coffee or a drink. The bathroom is large, featuring a toilet, bidet, and a comfortable shower. It also includes a washing machine, which is a great advantage, especially for longer stays. Another plus is the spacious balcony with a lovely view of Tirana – a drying rack is available for your laundry. One of the best features of this apartment is its location. The city center is only a 15-minute drive away. With a reliable taxi service, the ride can cost less than €7. If you prefer walking, you can reach the center in just over 35 minutes (about 3 km) on foot. If you're looking for a place close to Military Hospital Tirana, this apartment is an ideal choice – it's just a 5-minute walk away. But the biggest highlight of our stay was the host. Before our arrival, we received a clear and detailed PDF guide with all the necessary information. The keys were ready both by the elevator and at the apartment door. When we requested an extra set of keys, they were provided immediately. Communication with the host was exceptional – all our questions and requests were handled quickly and efficiently, entirely online, without the need to schedule a meeting. Truly a five-star experience in terms of service.
