Trev Apartments

Very central location. The apartment is newly renovated and everything works as it should. Big refrigerator. Only one sets of stairs to the apartment. Nice and quet area with lots of facilities nearby. The host is very responsive. The living room is complete with amneties and a full kitchen.

Everything good. There is paid parking close by.

+Quick responses from the host (whatsapp). +Central location within a walking distance to sights, grocery stores, restaurants etc. +A massive fridge compared to almost any competing accommodation.

-Approximately half a roll of toilet paper provided for three people for two nights, initially. I am not sure in which world that is enough. We asked for more and a grumpy looking geezer delivered one extra roll. -While there was a small hand soap, there was no shower gel or shampoo of any kind. We inquired about availability and the grumpy geezer simply said "No!" -Shower drain was barely passing water through. The whole bathroom was flooding in five minutes causing, besides that, a risk of injury with the floor being slippery in front of the toilet and sink. Anyone with a taste for long showers would have flooded the apartment, as well. The model of the drainage is the worst kind (linear shower drain with flat metal covering the hole besides for the edges) that I have never seen do its work right. If I were the hosts, I'd change it to avoid negative remarks in reviews and stress over the issue. -Mattress too soft for regular sized adult men. Ideal for children and petite adults, though.

In einem lebendigen Viertel in Tirana gelegen. Sehr sauber und neu. Badezimmer gut. Relativ typisch für Tirana sind die Wohnungen super in Schuss. Eingang, Treppe und Flur als Gemeinschaftsbesitz für den sich niemand verantwortlich fühlt, ist dagegen etwas runtergekommen. Die Arbeiterpaläste aus kommunistischer Zeit sind aber erstaunlich stabil. Mir hat die Mischung gefallen. Märkte, Supermärkte und nette Restaurants sehr nah. Ins gippe Blokku nur wenige Minuten

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es war sehr heiß. Die Klimaanlage hat das Wohnzimmer wunderbar gekühlt. Das Schlafzimmer und das Bad blieben aber warm.

Super Lage! Kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war schön hell und sauber. Die Küche war noch wie neu, haben den Kühlschrank und Backofen genutzt. Bett war gemütlich, nur die Kissen waren uns etwas zu dick, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Checkin war sehr unkompliziert, auch zu Sonderzeiten. Die Schlüssel waren in einem Fach mit Pincode direkt vor der Tür, Zahlung lief auch über das gleiche Fach. Bei Fragen hat der Host per Whatsapp immer sofort geantwortet.

Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas spärlich. Besen oder Putztuch waren auch leider nicht vorhanden, aber Übergabe lief trotzdem problemlos :)
