The hotel is located in an area under construction but is close to the city centre. It is situated near bars and restaurants, some of which are open until 11.30 pm. They have free underground parking.
It could do with a bit of a clean, especially the air conditioner; I’d suggest cleaning it more often. I opened the cover and it was full of dust

Great rooms, very comfy beds, very clean and good amenities like shampoo, body wash, towels, hair dryer. Staff member when we got there on Tuesday on check in was friendly.
Nothing I didn't like, only small feedback was our room didn't have a kettle/tea making facilities as listed and the conditioner was more like shampoo as it lathers up. One thing that did disturb our stay was the building workers moving big machinery and trucks two nights at midnight.
