A hangszigetelés nem a legjobb, ha nincs szerencséd és kifogsz egy bulizós szomszédot, aki éjjel jár haza, garantáltan felébredsz a zajra. Annak ellenére, hogy nem lehet dohányozni a szobákban (egyébként 3 van összesen), folyamatosan éreztem a dohányfüstöt valamelyik szomszédtól. Ennek nyomai a bútorokon és a műanyag nyílászárókon is megtalálhatók. Füstjelző nincsen. A mosodában tisztított törölközők némelyike cserére szorul - a sötét színűeken fehérítő nyomai látszódnak, plusz mindegyiken van pár fekete hajszál, ami engem nagyon idegesít (de ez az én hibám). Ugyanez az ágyneműnél. Fizetni készpénzben lehet, de ezt előre egyértelműsítik. A tulaj (vagy host) hölgy nagyon kedves, többször érdeklődött, hogy szükségünk van-e valamire. Az ár jó, de alig drágábban lehet foglalni apartmanokat Blloku városrészben, amivel meg lehet spórolni napi 40 perc gyaloglást (oda-vissza). A furcsa és kicsi liftet egyszer sem mertem használni, főleg, hogy 1x áramszünet is volt. Az apartmanok az 5. emeleten vannak, így megvolt a napi edzésem ;) Egyébként nagyon ajánlom Tiranát és Albániát. The soundproofing isn't the best; if you're unlucky and get noisy neighbors who come home late at night, you're guaranteed to wake up to the noise. Even though smoking is prohibited in the rooms (there are three in total), I could constantly smell cigarette smoke coming from one of the neighbors. Marks from this can even be seen on the furniture and the plastic window frames. There are no smoke detectors. Some of the towels cleaned by the laundry service are due for a replacement—the dark ones have bleach stains, plus every single one had a few black hairs on them, which really bugs me (but that’s just my personal pet peeve). The same goes for the bedding. Payment is cash-only, but they do make this clear in advance. The host lady is very sweet; she checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything.

La communication avec le propriétaire. N’est pas professionnel Attention à prévoir du cash pour payer, ils ne prennent pas la carte contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. De même pas de parking rattaché à la chambre. Ça a été extrêmement compliqué de trouver un endroit où se garer, le parking indiqué par le propriétaire était plein.
