the only point is the check-out time. It would be more comfortable if the check-out time was at 11.00

We was visiting family 30mins away..
It gave us a chance to see a bit more of the area..
An it's surroundings was lovely.
It was late getting back at night..which was are own doing..an some of the roads need more respect..

It was the cleanest B and B I've ever stayed in. As an allergy sufferer there were no overpowering scents and it was spotlessly dusted and fresh. A beautiful en suite. Access to a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea coffee etc . Also access to a sitting room..Also a breakfast room with cereals, home made scones, bread etc. The location was central to all the main attractions of the beautiful hilly and Lakeland Tipperary. A very kind welcome from our lovely hosts. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. We will be back!
