Really great location, nice big space. Good utensils, clean, comfortable, facilities.

The TV wasn’t plugged into anything, so had limited options. The towels were not great. Parking was quite difficult, hard to get a space.

I enjoyed how warm and comfortable the property was. There was plenty of space to store our stuff and it was lovely that the host provided some milk and water. It is also in a great location with plenty of supermarkets and the food hall nearby.

The decor was all grey and kind of drab but I guess you wouldn't mind if it was just a base to do other things from. I also did not like the level of cleanliness as the bathroom upstairs was not very clean with lots of grime on the fittings and tub. The stairs are also a bit uneven so it was hard on my joints.

The decor was nice and the accommodation was comfortable. The heating was easy to use and the house warmed up quickly. The location was good, not far from the centre and the railway station.

The sheets in the second bedroom hadn't been changed - an assumption was made that 2 people must be a couple. This was swiftly remedied after I pointed it out. The kitchen was somewhat lacking in equipment (no colander, no breadknife) and most of the cutlery and crockery needed washing again before we could use it. The hot water was weirdly unreliable - cycling from hot to tepid to hot to tepid. There was also an unfortunate lack of instructions for how to use things like the hob and the heating which I think was confusing for some previous guests. I had to buy more salt as the salt grinder was empty - having some very basic ingredients like salt, pepper and olive oil would have been great. Also limiting the number of tea bags to the exact number of nights that I'd booked seemed rather mean. A little generosity, even if it would mean charging a bit more, would go a long way to make happier customers.
