У помешканні продумано все до дрібниць для комфортного відпочинку: затишні кімнати з кондиціонерами, побутова техніка та кухонне приладдя, безліч посуду, різноманітні засоби від комарів, є навіть пляжні парасолі. У холодильнику є зручний пристрій для приготування льоду. Окремо зазначу терасу з великим столом і видом на квітучий садок, під час обідньої спеки тут класно ховатись від сонця з келихом чогось холодненького. Територія біля будинку невелика, але дуже доглянута і теж є елементом затишку. Господарі - мабуть взірець гостинності. Живуть поруч, тому можуть оперативно допомогти вирішити будь-яке питання. Пригощали нас різними смаколиками. Розташування: 2 хвилини пішки до берегової лінії та до таверн. До найближчого магазину треба трохи пройтись, приблизно 1 км. В радіусі години їзди на автомобілі є різні цікаві місця, які варто відвідати, якщо хочеться урізноманітнити пляжний відпочинок. У цьому районі селища досить тихо: тут немає галасливих барів, і ми не чули гучних нічних вечірок.
Незначний недолік - змінний тиск води у системі водопостачання.
