Nous avons apprécié la literie qui est géniale et le confort des équipements. La salle de bain est magnifique et très pratique. Il y a a également plusieurs rangements et assez d'espace pour être à l'aise à deux. La localisation est parfaite.

L'absence de parking bien que mentionné dans la description (à réserver soi-même et excessivement cher). Impossible de récupérer le logement plus tôt malgré mes demandes préalables, pas de possibilité également de déposer ses affaires en amont. De plus, le logement est équipé mais c'est à nous de tout acheter (ex : capsule de café). J'ai connu des établissements tellement plus accueillants et attentionnés. Assez mitigée pour le prix.

Centrally located, so neat and clean! All the details needed to make a home away from home.

The location was great - we loved the Florence south of the river (far less touristy), and it was quite a modern flat.

There was not much storage for clothes and there was only one small mirror in the bathroom, which wasn’t very practical. Also it was quite dark as the only window was a kind of internal window.

The location of the apartment was very good for us: oltroarno in a bit quieter surrounding. The surroundings are absolutely nice. We have crossed the Arno several times as most of the items on our agenda were on the other side. But Firenze is small so you can easily walk everywhere. The apartment is well equipped. It is quiet during the night.

There are no windows in the living part of the apartment except for a small window at the kitchen sill. It feels very closed in and it is dark. The small balcony is in a dreary courtyard. The apartment is smaller than you would expect from the pictures. The part with the TV and sofa is so low you cannot stand here if you are slightly taller than the average Italian. We did not get the mail on time for entering into the apartment. It took a few phone calls and waiting to be able to get inside. The mail for 'checking-out' we received a day ahead ......
