Deauville, lovely but eating out is expensive.

We had an allocated, very secure and spacious garage space which was superb. The manager / caretaker of the large complex was so helpful on our arrival and contacted the host for us as there was no one there to meet us and we arrived at the exact arranged time. The location of the apartment was very safe, secure and quiet. The views from the windows were lovely, the apartment is light, spacious and airy.There are two outside seating areas which are a bonus. The shower is over the bath which may be difficult for some guests. Communal areas were clean and well kept with lovely landscaping. It is about twenty five minutes to walk into the centre of Deauville but there is a small supermarket nearby. Deauville is a very attractive town, plenty of places to eat.

The apartment complex is situated in a cul de sac, parking was difficult as the street was full and you cannot park on the drive to the garage as it would block the entrance. This was a hassle as we had to wait for our host. She suggested we go to the beach to wait for her but we did not want to give up the parking space. Not a sensible or convenient solution in my opinion! I felt embarrassed and upset that I had to disturb the manager on his day off to help contact the host this took forty minutes. I also had to leave the keys with him on our departure as I messaged the host to ask where to leave them but did not receive a reply until over twenty four hours later. Not acceptable! The cost of the cleaning charges, the apartment was clean but NOT immaculate as it should have been for the cost. Dirty oven tray, dust behind and on radiators, dirty windows inside and outside, unswept terraced balcony.

Appartement moderne bien équipé, bien agencé et bien situé.

Logement récent bien équipé et bien agencé. Volets roulants. Parking souterrain et ascenseur. Merci à Victoire pour son accueil, nous remettre les clés et donner les explications sur le logement. Lit fait à notre arrivée. Serviettes de toilette fournies. Endroit très calme (pas de passage de voitures). Et peu de monde à cette période (nous étions les seuls à notre étage).

La commode dans la chambre qui est inutilisable pour ranger nos vêtements. Le sol qui colle car sans doute lavé avec trop de produits et non rincé.

Superbe appartement dans très belle résidence. Tout est parfait. Lumineux, fonctionnel et dans la verdure. Proximité immédiate de la plage. La personne qui s'occupe de la remise des clefs est très symparhique, très réactive et professionnelle. SUPER!!!

Très bonne semaine

Tout d’abord un grand merci à Victoire pour son professionnalisme. La flexibilité des horaires selon la disponibilité de l’appartement et sa réactivité en cas de demande. Très bonne communication et très bon contact. L’appartement est très confortable et équipé de tout le nécessaire. Il est situé à la limite de deauville/tourgeville dans une zone résidentielle entouré de verdure. Le parking est un plus surtout en période estivale.

Il est un peu loin du centre de Deauville il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes à pied. Sinon Ras.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à Deauville

Le logement a été surement refait très récemment. C'est neuf, propre, clair et lumineux. La pièce principale qui comprend la cuisine, un ilot table de repas, et le coin salon, est à l'angle du bâtiment et dispose de de deux baie vitrées qui apportent deux belles vues et une excellente luminosité. La chambre est aussi très bien aménagée. Le balcon qui dessert toutes les pièces doit être bien agréable en été. Notre hôte a été très conciliant sur l'horaire d'arrivée et était très ponctuel. Idem pour l'horaire de départ. Un parking couvert en sous-sol, d'un accès facile est bien pratique (le sable et les mouettes n'ont pas eu accès à la carrosserie). L'accès se fait par une rue en impasse, ça peut être sympa si on a des petits qui veulent faire du vélo. Le tout est très proche de la plage, nous avons garé et oublié la voiture pendant notre long week-end.

Wirklich sehr schön und tolle Ausstattung!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage mit nur wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand. Victoire hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet und tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Es war unsere erste Reise in die Normandie und wir haben sie, auch dank der Unterkunft, sehr genossen.
