Amazing balcony to relax on with a nice view - the furniture and view made it worth it.

The sofa cum bed’s mattress is a bit old and has lost its shape. Still enjoyed a good night’s sleep on it however.

Very good

Location was a little further from the centre of town than I imagined, but this was not a problem. A 15 minute walk rather than 5, but all the better to build an appetite and walk off any excess afterward.

There's always room for improvement, but the studio was quite adequate for my needs.

Great place to stay and good value for money.

It is a very well contained apartment within a short jop-skip-jumo distance to the beach. There are lovely restaurants at walkable distance. The parking space was available right in front of the apartment. We had two big suitcases and the lift was convenient to go all the way up. The kitchen was well equipped - induction stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The sun in the balcony was fantastic at this time of the year - October mid. The shops were nearby and it was easy to cook our own vegetarian food. The cinema and casino are also very close - right across the beach.

The fold away sofa-bed was a bit noisy especially given that we were jet-lagged and turning around to get the sleep schedule right. We sorted that out by putting the mattress on the floor.

Fijne studio, prima ligging en flink terras!

Prima efficiënt ingerichte studio. Kleine ruimte met maximale vrije ruimte door uitklapbaar bed (erg goed en makkelijk uit te klappen). Badkamer OK en handig klein keukentje. Heerlijk groot terras op het zuiden, wel geluid van de weg achter het appartement.

We hadden wifi problemen (blijkt geen goede provider te zijn) en daardoor veel interrupties voor zowel wifi als TV en Netflex (dus maar geen TV gekeken). Communicatie met vervanger van eigenaar is hierin niet goed gegaan. Dus als wifi stabiel is over een jaar, komen we graag terug!

L'espace très bien agencé et décoré avec goût. La cuisine fonctionnelle, comme à la maison Le balcon pour déjeuner et lire au soleil, une pépite ! Les bus à proximité pour rayonner. La mer au bout de la rue. Tout m'a semblé facile, une belle expérience 😊

Très bel appartement à la literie confortable. L'espace extérieur est bien aménagé, idéal pour débuter sa journée avec son café. L'emplacement est également idéal, la plage d'un côté, la bibliothèque-musée de l'autre. Des restaurants non loin. Le calme de l'immeuble. L'accueil et la discrétion du propriétaire.

Situation par rapport au CID, bon état, facilement accessible, propre, sécurisé, surface suffisante pour 2 jours, literie très bien. Visibilité sur le parc et le balcon spacieux même si à cette période de l'année et du fait du temps je n'en ai pas eu l'utilité.

Pas apprécié ! c'est un "grand mot" mais voilà des suggestions d'amélioration, ou des choses qui ont pu me manquer : un meuble ou quelque chose pour vider ma valise et poser mes habits ... pas de gant de toilette ou alors il fallait préciser de l'amener. le support papier toilette tombe facilement. pas d'éponge dans la cuisine ni de torchons ou serviettes. Je n'ai pas trouvé d'aspirateur ou de quoi nettoyer un peu. Voici quelques points de détails mais attention sans critique aucune !
