Appartement Deauvillais bien situé et agréable

Très bien situé cadre agréable et l’hôte très réactif. Chauffage un peu frais et douche difficile à utiliser . Mais bon conseil de notre hôte.

Le chauffage, 2 bol pour 5 personnes un peu juste pour une famille.

Séjour en famille au top!

Nous avons tout aimé! L’emplacement est génial! Proche de la plage et du centre. Philippe est adorable et nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Il aime la Normandie et partage avec plaisir ses connaissances de la région. L’appartement est bien équipé et propre. Deux salles de bain c’est génial quand on a 3 enfants! Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la région, avec un bon confort. Il y a de bon conseil ( notamment les restaurants) de la part de Philippe. Bonnes fêtes de fin d’année.

Magnifique appartement en famille !

Tout était vraiment super ! Le confort, les petites choses du quotidien bien pensées pour se sentir à l'aise et comme chez soi, la gentillesse des propriétaires, l'emplacement, la vue, le fait qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain et donc 2 toilettes également, le tout dans une jolie décoration moderne et simple. Merci beaucoup et nous espérons à très vite !

Le lieu a dépassé toutes nos attentes, réservez les yeux fermés!

L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé, ne manquant de rien. Le caractère atypique et la décoration soignée du duplex apporte un charme et une atmosphère cocooning. Excellent emplacement, tout est accessible à pied. Avis spécial Marathon de Deauville, l’appartement est à quelques minutes à pied de la ligne de départ/arrivée. Les hôtes sont très arrangeants, Philippe est disponible et d’une réactivité exemplaire. Merci à Philippe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.

Top Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Wohnung hat ein Top-Lage. Der fantastische Strand ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, die Innenstadt in ca. 15 Minuten. Der Tiefgaragenplatz für 10 Euro pro Tag ist sehr gut und sehr wichtig, weil die Parkplätze alle (viel) Geld kosten. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut geschnitten und auch gut ausgestattet. Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sind top. Zur Kaffeemaschine gab es reichlich Kapseln. Philipp, der Vermieter(Vertreter?), war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat noch ein paar kleine Flaschen Wasser mitgebracht. Ich war mit meinen drei erwachsenen Kindern dort und da waren zwei Bäder sehr angenehm.

Zum Preis: Rund 1.500 Euro für eine Woche ist ein stolzer Preis. Er ging allerdings durch 4, dadurch war es okay. Frankreich ist aber halt teuer und Deauville noch besonders. Außerdrm war Hochsaison. Die Toplage rechtfertigt m. E. aber auch einen höheren Preis. Das Haus und die Wohnung hat ihre "Blütezeit" hinter sich, aber ich habe das Retrogefühl genossen. Die Wohnung ist bei Sommerwetter schon recht warm. Wir hatten so um die 26 Grad Außentemperatur, das war in der Wohnung im Grenzbereich, insbesondere der Schlafplatz auf der Galerie war zu warm. Dort waren die Oberlichter nicht vollsändig verdunkelbar, eine Klappe war defekt und ein Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Bei dem Preis ist das nicht okay. Im Hinblick auf die Klimaentwicklung sollte über eine Klimaanlage nachgedacht werden. Was wirklich fehlte, waren Insektennetze an den Fenstern. Die beiden oben auf der Galerie waren arg von Mücken zerstochen. Das sollte unbedingt nachgerüstet werden. Die Küchenausstattung war gut, aber ein scharfes Messer und ein Schneebesen fehlten. Aber insgesamt eine gute Wohnung.

L'appartement était conforme à la description. idéalement situé et proche de tout et de la plage. Trés propre et l'accès est facile le parking est un plus pour la sécurité et éviter les contraventions de stationnement en haute saison. on était deux mais pour une famille de 5 largement suffisant pour un court séjour à Deauville.

le WIFI était malheureusement pas fonctionnel mais il me semble que c'était ponctuel nous étions les malchanceux. Notre Hote la pris en compte cela dit.
