The location was amazing! literally in the heart of Old Nice and 30seconds to the beach. Perfect base to explore the city from. All communication from the team was great, everyone was super helpful and responsive.
Slightly unclear on the apartment number/which door was ours but once we were in it was fine. Can be a bit noisy due to the central location but that's to be expected with being so close to the Old town. The bedroom is very comfortable however the sofa bed is a bit tired.

Zentrale Lage. Kein Auto nötig. Bäcker,Supermarkt alles fussläufig erreichbar. Erwartet keine 5 Sterne Behausung- einige Dinge in der Wohnung sind halt in die Jahre gekommen- die Lage entschädigt es. Promenade ist um die Ecke

Die Lage ist perfekt
Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr kompliziert, sanitäre Einrichtungen knapp an Grenze zum zumutbaren, es ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, warum zusätzlich noch eine Instandhaltungsgebühr berechnet wird, Strom an einigen Stellen sehr gefährlich.
