Kitchen and shared bathroom

It’s in walking distance from Clapham Common and Brixton. It was warm and comfortable and quiet when I was sleeping.

I booked this because I thought it said there was a private bathroom. There isn’t. It’s a room in a flat with 2 others and a shared bathroom with a separate toilet. I was sent instructions on how to access the keys to the building/room and where to leave them afterwards. On arrival I knocked on the door to check there was no one else in there and I was greeting by a man who politely but briefly showed me to the guest room and the bathroom facilities. There was no check-in or check-out procedure. When I used the shower at night I couldn’t get the water temperature to stabilise and it was either too cold or too hot. I didn’t feel overly comfortable being in and around other peoples’ things so I didn’t spend long there over all. If that’s what you’re going for you’ll be fine, it just wasn’t what I was expecting.
