Paradeisos is a stunning 2-Bed House in Polis

The village of Polis was very nice with plenty of amenities, bars and restaurants. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Also nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the living area was nice too. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice to have visited Polis and surrounding areas. Particularly liked Latsi. However quite a long and at times difficult drive to places like Paphos. So would probably stay somewhere nearer when returning.

It is supposed to accomodate 4 but in certain areas not equipped for 2. We had to borrow a wine glass from our neighbour as there was only one available. Went to use the bbq but it wasn't clean and had to go purchase a metal brush to clean it. There was a lack of cleaning materials . As we were staying for 17 nights , I asked if there would be a change of linen at anytime during our stay but was told it could be arranged at an additional cost. Not even a full toilet roll was provided in the bathrooms. A welcome pack would have been appreciated as we had to go to the supermarket immediately for essentials like milk, tea, coffee and bread.

Having visited the Polis / Latchi area 7 times already, I can safely say that this two-story house is one of the best options in terms of price and quality (at least for 2026). Most things are clear from the photos, so I will focus on non-obvious but useful details. What is inside: First floor: A small kitchen and dining area, a small guest toilet with a sink, a storage room, and a living room with a TV, two armchairs, and a sofa (non-foldable, about 1.70 m long, theoretically suitable for a child). Storage room: A true treasure. It contains a vacuum cleaner (you will need it due to the sand), a fan, and a mop for cleaning up. Second floor (Bedroom 1): A room with two beds and an en-suite bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink). There is a window with a mosquito net. Second floor (Bedroom 2): A wider bed (about 1.6 m). Sleeping with a toddler and both parents will be cramped, but dad can always retreat to the other room :) This bathroom features a full-sized bathtub, toilet, sink, and a balcony with a mosquito net. Terrace: Enclosed with a mosquito net, featuring a table, chairs, and a grill area. Appliances & Amenities: Air conditioning in every room. The kitchen includes a washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and filtered water. You also get your own dedicated parking space. Internet: Stable 200 Mbps Wi-Fi. What to be prepared for: 1. Location & Nature: This is a secluded area outside the city center. Nature means bugs and wildlife: a lizard, praying mantis, or ants might easily wander in. If this scares you, better head to Ayia Napa. Mosquitoes are guaranteed, so bring a plug-in repellent (available at the nearest supermarket for 5 euros). 2. Housekeeping: You will need to clean the house yourself. Sand accumulates quickly after the beach or pool. 3. Kitchen: It is compact; cooking together is nearly impossible (better leave the mother-in-law at home :)). 4.

Si vous souhaitez être au calme, avec une piscine, c'est le logement idéal. Logement très bien équipé, avec vue directe sur la piscine et accessible depuis la terrasse. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. 2 belles chambres avec des rangements et 2 salles de bains dans chaque chambre, c'était parfait pour notre famille de 4. Il y a des commerces et restaurants à proximité. La plage est à 10min en voiture. Nous avons eu un bon contact avec les propriétaires, qui sont très réactifs par message. Les instructions sont très claires. Tout était parfait ! Je recommande à 100%

Amazing apartment for sunny holiday! Very clean and fully equipped with whatever you will need for holiday! It has great terrace with table & bbq! Easy access to the pool makes it very convenient. Great location - close to town centre and shops.

Everything was perfect
