About this villa rental
Lemon Grove is situated amongst groves of lemon, orange and olive trees, a quiet setting in a small complex of villas with a communal pool, ideal for couples and families alike and close to shops. It is within walking distance of Polis Town Square with its numerous tavernas and restaurants. Latchi is only a five minutes drive with its uncrowded beaches and harbour side restaurants. The surrounding coastal and mountain villages offer authentic Greek Cypriot hospitality, culture and cuisine, making for a relaxing holiday. An ideal base for hiking enthusiasts to explore the Nature Conservation Area of the Akamas Peninsula. If you are a golf enthusiast the Tsada Golf Course is 25 minutes away and the Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills Courses are within the hour. Air-conditioning units are situated in the two bedrooms and are included in the price. The patio at the rear of the property, which has recently been refurbished and new outdoor furniture added, overlooks fields whilst the veranda and balcony at the front overlook the communal pool.
The bathroom has recently been updated and the property has new air conditioning units installed in May 2025.
The kitchen has been updated in August 2025.

The property is in very quiet area, good bakery is just in the corner but you need the car to reach beach.

Very well equipped and comfortable holiday home with lovely quiet pool. Short walk to a fab bakery, small supermarket, 10 pin bowling (!) and restaurant and 10 minutes to the centre of Polis with many bars and restaurants. Point to note, the blackout curtain in the twin bedroom didnt fully block the morning sun - so our kids woke earlier than they might otherwise have done. TV had English channels and a dvd player. Polis was a great base for a holiday, nice beaches and various other attractions within a short drive. Highly recommended.
