Location was excellent. The apt was fine, clearly AirBnb flip-vibes, but had everything we needed.
24 hours before check-in, we had to do a cumbersome verification process that required either (a) a deposit that cost more than the stay itself or (b) a non-refundable deposit for a smaller amount. In other words, what you think you’ll pay based on booking.com is not what you will actually pay.
The check-in (4pm) and check-out (10am) times were as late/early as possible within acceptable windows (with of course additional fees for changes).

Lovely apartment, really nicely decorated, very clean, had lots of supplies, well equipped kitchen, appreciated having the washer drier in unit too and detergent to use, bed was very comfy and bedroom pretty quiet at night as not on the street, location excellent so many nice things nearby and a very walkable area. Would definitely stay again.
The 'balcony' seemed to be more of a fire escape area shared with neighbors and possibly also a smoking area. We just didn't go out there, but on the upside we didn't smell any smoke from the apartment and there was no noise at night.

The location was perfect. It had everything we needed. I would recommend it to others.
The stairs are narrow and steep. Be prepared.
