Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost,
or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for

valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for
articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after guest's departure.
A refundable security deposit of up to $500 might be asked upon booking. The

All our apartments are in building complexes and are in downtown area where
certain level of noise can be expected from the traffic down below and other
noises in an urban settings like machinery, police sirens etc. These noises
are normal but more than what you can expect in a rural or remote
neighborhood.
To maintain a safe and quiet environment, we do not accept reservations from
guests residing within 60 miles of the property. This apartment is intended
for visiting travelers and temporary stays only. Management reserves the right
to cancel non-compliant bookings without penalty.
Our futon sofa bed offers a convenient extra sleeping space ideal for short
stays, children, or smaller guests. Kindly note that due to its compact size,
guests around 6 feet or taller may find it less roomy than a traditional bed.

I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Philadelphia. It was conveniently located, within walking distance of the Amtrak station, many restaurants and attractions. There was plenty of room for our family of four with everything we needed. The pillows and couch were not that comfortable, but everything else was great. The building has a rooftop lounge we enjoyed at night.

Excellent location, very close to everything around Rittenhouse square, friendly staff at the building and great mailroom in the building. Apartment a little small for 3 adults+teenager and could use a few more pots and pans. Interaction with owner was great! Thank you

Came to Philly for a conference, didn't spend much time at the property but it was super convenient and walkable for most places downtown.

This is a cute little apartment in a great center city location BUT the cleanliness and readiness for our arrival were sorely lacking. There were no hangers in the closets and both closets had bed sheets in a big pile on the floor. There was one towel to use for our family of 3. One roll of toilet paper was provided.
Kitchen did not have salt and pepper.
The company that manages the unit was responsive by dropping of towels the next day.
My family has stayed at many VRBO properties and unfortunately this apartment did not meet our expectations.
