Location location location. Safe neighborhood especially for solo travelers. Very good communication with management who were open minded about minor repairs needed and suggestions (there is no TV or monitor in the unit). Easy check in and check out.

Very steep unit on 3 floors with narrow spiral staircase - a total of 24 steps. If you have luggage and/or are a big person, you will not handle these stairs well. The kitchen cabinets were not installed properly on the walls - too high and inaccessible. Cleaning was good, not great, no attention to detail. No bathroom in the third floor bedroom.

I loved the airbnb. It was cute and perfect for young people (preferably upto 2, but can sleep 3-4 if you use the couch) for a short visit. Location is good too. The stay is divided into 3 floors + basement. 1st floor is kitchen + bathroom. Has a small table and chair to eat too. 2nd floor is like a living room with a big couch. Comfortable enough to sleep. Along with another bathroom there. 3rd floor is the bedroom.

The stairs are sharp and steep, like very curvy I mean. So might not be suitable for elderly or if you need to take your luggage to bedrooms. But that wasn't an issue with us. But I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than 2-3 days.

Excellent location. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable bed on 3rd floor. Relatively quiet, although a noise machine helps to lower street noise. Good bakery next store. The Booking.com site worked efficiently.

Really, almost everything was as advertised, including the issue of the spiral staircases. Don't bring large bags due to these and they are as cramped as we were warned about. The only issue I would address is that there is no bathroom directly off the main bedroom on the 3rd floor, necessitating using one of the staircases for access during the night. Older couples might wish to use the 2d floor futon at night because of this. Also, there is a very convenient pay parking lot across the street, but I would not advertise this as a property with parking, as the street parking directly in the area as time limits.
