Location and price
gas heaters in the room are not really safe. If this is going to be provided for the Gauteng cold then they need to be newer switch activated not lit by flame.
Key drop box (outside the gate) for people leaving early would be ideal. I had to go back later in my work day to drop off the key as manager was still asleep when I left at 6am.

I did not have breakfast but the location was quiet good to where I was going. The place is exceptionally neat. Rooms linen abd bathrooms . Margaret and Respect were so friendly and helpful

Fantastic location and nice and quiet and secure. Margret the manager fantastic. Great place to stay if you don't want a hotel. Very near to Melrose Arch and Sandton
Signage, maintenance. No breakfast available, Maintenance / painting to really make this old lady shine. Remove the building yard from the parking.
