Great staff, location, ambiance.
Rooms were quite warm at night. No heating was on yet they were very warm.

Good quality breakfast with large range of options. Very friendly and helpful staff who were willing to go the extra mile. Excellent facilities and very clean. Located in a safe area with good amenities nearby.

I really liked the overall stay. I had a spacious room a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. It was very quiet, too which I appreciate. The staff overall was very welcoming and nice.
There were a few small things. When I took out the iron to iron my white shirt for the day, the iron left a grey stain on my shirt. I took a towel to clean it and after, the towel had a big dark stain. I informed the reception who said they would check the iron. (I cleaned it already though. I was not asked for my shirt to be cleaned).
On my day of departure I asked for a possible late check out. I misunderstood the time and when I went back to the reception because I couldn't enter my room, I was a little surprised by the rudeness after I apoligized for the misunderstanding. My colleague was surprised as well.
